MZK Market is free to use during this beta. Creating an account or submitting a packet does not sell, assign, or transfer ownership of your work to MZK Market or Cabinet Library.
Founding beta terms
Keep the files useful, owned, reviewed, and controlled.
These terms record how contributor work is handled during the founding beta. Account creation and each submission record the version accepted, the account, and the time of acceptance. Paid listings, open-source licensing, and broader public distribution require separate terms and contributor consent.
You keep your intellectual property
Contributors retain ownership of files, instructions, screenshots, and other work they submit, subject to rights they may owe to employers, customers, vendors, software providers, or other third parties. MZK Market is hosting and reviewing contributor-owned work; it is not taking it.
Limited platform permission
By submitting a packet, you give MZK Market a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to privately store, inspect, organize, checksum, review, test in an isolated environment, and communicate with you about the packet. If an item is approved for a listing, the platform may host and distribute that exact approved version under the sharing permission presented for that listing. This is a limited hosting and distribution permission, not an IP assignment.
Your promises when you submit
You confirm that you are at least 18 and authorized to act for the shop you list; that you created the work or have all rights and permissions to submit and share it here; that it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or contract; and that it contains no client or job data, private pricing, machine posts, license keys, or paid, vendor, or third-party material used without permission.
What you must not upload
Submit only work you created or have clear authority to share. Do not upload client/job files, private pricing, machine posts, license keys, executables, vendor or OEM libraries, paid libraries, another shop's work, or third-party models, textures, branding, or files without permission.
You cover claims about your submission
To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MZK Market, Cabinet Library, and their operators, owners, and affiliates from any third-party claim, loss, liability, or cost — including reasonable attorneys' fees — that arises from your submission, your breach of these promises, or your violation of another party's rights.
Private review comes first
A submission starts in private quarantine. MZK Market may reject, hold, request changes to, or remove material for security, ownership, compatibility, quality, safety, trademark, vendor-rights, takedown, or policy reasons. Nothing is published automatically, and there is no obligation to monitor or list any submission.
Founding beta submissions
During the founding beta, verified accounts may submit general-use Mozaik items in accepted beta categories so MZK Market can test upload, review, parsing, and release workflows. Do not upload an item you may eventually want to sell. MZK Market may change, pause, or expand accepted categories and limits. Uploading does not guarantee approval, publication, payment, or future marketplace eligibility.
Listings and downloads
Approved listing information may become publicly viewable, but file downloads are limited to verified members who accept the applicable download terms. There is no requirement to donate a file in order to download one. Contributor files are not open source or public domain unless the contributor separately chooses an explicit license that says so.
Everything is provided “as is”
The platform and every file are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or manufacturing or machine safety.
Use and manufacturing are your responsibility
MZK Market does not guarantee manufacturing fitness, machine safety, CNC operations, cut accuracy, code compliance, or compatibility with every Mozaik setup. Receiving shops must back up their data, inspect dependencies, and test every approved item in a non-production job before use. CNC-related work must be physically test-cut before production.
Limits on our liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MZK Market, Cabinet Library, and their operators, owners, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost or corrupted data, downtime, scrapped material, damaged tooling, or machine damage. Total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid (currently $0 during the free beta) or US $100.
Copyright and takedown requests
If you believe something on MZK Market infringes your rights, email contact@hatleyconstruct.com with enough detail to identify the item, your relationship to the work, and your contact information. We review notices promptly, remove or disable material where appropriate, and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
Free does not automatically mean open source
The beta is free, but a contributor's files are not automatically open source, public domain, or reusable outside the permissions attached to an approved listing. The source-code license for the platform and any future content-license choices are separate decisions.
Your account information
Verified accounts require real contact and shop information so the library has an audit trail and can handle ownership or takedown disputes. This information is kept private and used only for operating the platform, verifying accounts, security, disputes, and required legal compliance. It is not sold. A fuller privacy policy will accompany paid accounts.
Which law applies, and independence
This disclosure is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. MZK Market and Cabinet Library are independent; they are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mozaik Software, Cyncly, Microvellum, Cabinet Vision, Hexagon, or their parent companies.
